Because many of our products are created specifically for each order, product colors, placement, and appearance may vary slightly from images shown on our website.

2. Orders
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Customers are responsible for making sure that their:

- Size and color selections are correct

- Shipping address is correct

Once an order has been submitted, changes or cancellations may not be possible if production has already begun.
3. Personalized & Made-to-Order Products
Personalized and made-to-order products are created specifically for the customer.
For this reason, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges due to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Incorrect color or product option selected
- Incorrect personalization information provided by the customer
- Ordering the wrong product
- Personal preference after receiving the product

4. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.
Prices shown on our website are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
5. Shipping
Shipping options and costs are displayed during checkout based on the customer’s shipping address and order.
Our current standard shipping rate is $7.99, with free shipping on qualifying orders of $75 or more.
Local pickup may be available to customers within our designated pickup area. The available pickup option and instructions will be shown at checkout when the customer’s ZIP code qualifies.

6. Local Pickup
Customers who select local pickup are responsible for following the pickup instructions provided by Grace Overflows Goods.
The specific pickup location and pickup arrangements will be provided after the order is placed.
Please do not arrive for pickup until your order is confirmed as ready.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has another significant problem, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number and, when appropriate, photographs showing the issue so that we can review it and determine the best solution.

Once production has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
